Categories of personal data

Navigation Data
The IT systems and software procedures responsible for the functioning of this Site acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

These are data that are not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but which by their nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users accessing the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, request time, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numeric code indicating the response status from the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computing environment.

This data is used solely for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information about the use of the Site and to monitor its correct functioning. It is deleted immediately after processing. Data may be used for the detection of responsibility in case of hypothetical cybercrimes committed to the Site.

Data provided voluntarily by the user
Except for the aforementioned navigation data, the Controller will acquire personal data voluntarily provided by the user through the Site to register and create an account, to manage requests received by email, for completing the contact form, and those provided through telephone contact with customer service. For example, the Site will acquire the user’s first name, last name, language, and email address.

Any other information voluntarily provided in the free field of the contact form and/or during the call, which is deemed useful for the request, will be processed according to the principles of fairness, transparency, and relevance, in accordance with this policy and applicable laws.

If third-party personal data is provided, it will be done solely under the user’s responsibility, who guarantees the right to disclose or share such data, holding the Controller and its suppliers harmless from any consequence or liability towards said third parties.

Data collected during the use of online booking services and newsletters
The Controller will acquire certain personal data relating to the user for the provision of services offered through the Site (e.g., newsletter subscription, booking). Through the Site, the Controller will not acquire sensitive data or data belonging to special categories as per Article 9 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 or data related to criminal convictions or offenses. If such data (e.g., food allergies, disabilities, health status) is communicated by the user to personalize the requested services, it will be processed in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, solely to respond to the requests within the services offered and no longer than necessary for the execution of the relationship.

If third-party personal data is provided during booking, it will be done solely under the user’s responsibility, who guarantees the right to disclose or share such data, holding the Controller and its suppliers harmless from any consequence or liability towards said third parties.

The personal data mentioned above will be processed by the Controller solely for the purposes and within the limits specified in the following paragraph.
